Q - When can I get my bike delivered?
A - We are very flexible and can generally deliver soon after you phone or by pre-arrangement..
Early morning and late evening deliveries may also be available during these times.
If you prefer to choose your bike, they can be collected from 223 Middleton Road

Q - Do you collect the bikes too?
A - Yes, just tell us where and when to pick them up
Q - Where do you deliver to?
A - Anywhere in the Albany City Area, eg: your accommodation, Middleton Beach, Emu Point, the Albany Visitors Centre. Delivery to other areas can be arranged for an extra fee
Q - I want to see and pick the bicycle out myself, is this possible?
A - Yes. you can arrange a time to view and select a bike from our range. Bikes can be viewed by arrangement via phone, Please call to arrange a suitable time.
Q - Do helmets and locks come with the bikes?
A - Yes, helmets and key locks come free of charge with each bicycle hired A printed map is also provided
Q - Can I pay via Credit Card?
A - Yes, we take cash, Credit Cards with. EFTPOS facilities are available
Q - What is a hybrid bike?
A - Kinda like a cross between a mountain bike and a road bike. They have skinnier tyres than a mountain bike but are styled like one. Now these are called city bikes
Q - What ages are suitable for a Tag-a-long?
A- Tag-a-longs suit children from approx 4-8 years old. Children can help pedal or just get towed along by an adult rider.
Q - Can I hire a baby seat to fit to my own bike?
A - Unfortunately no. All our baby seats are pre- fitted on standard bikes.
Q - Can I hire a Tag-a-long or trailer only to use with my own bike?
A - yes they can be hired separately Compatability can be an issue
Q - Is it necessary to pre book the bicycles I want during my holiday in Albany?
A - It is advisable, especially during peak times like Christmas, Easter and January as we often run out of selected styles at these times. Baby seats and tag-a-longs are in limited supply
